The annual Bazaar is this Saturday! Learn about donation periods, locations, and what can be accepted – as well as volunteer opportunities – at asburylv.org/bazaar.
The annual Bazaar can’t happen without you! Updated information, including items available at the Silent Auction, signups to provide donations for the Baked Goods area, and additional needs volunteers is available now at asburylv.org/bazaar.

Your donations of jams, jellies, and other canning sauces are needed for Asbury’s Annual Bazaar to help raise money for missions and scholarships.
Please print and complete this form and attach it to your donation(s).
Donations can be dropped off in the church office after 1 PM, Monday, October 30 – Thursday, November 2.
Any leftover (unsold) donations will be returned to the person who made the donation. If your donation remains unsold, you’ll be contacted after the Bazaar to coordinate a return.

The Annual Holiday Bazaar SILENT AUCTION will be back again in-person on Saturday, November 4! Your donations are appreciated and help support the Bazaar’s mission to raise money for missions and scholarships.
Donations will be accepted through October 30. Ideas for donations include:
