This Christmas season, join us as we proclaim the same message as the Christmas angels: Jesus Christ is born!
On the night of Jesus birth, the angels appeared to the shepherds in the field and proclaimed
“Don’t be afraid, I have come to bring you good news of great joy for all the people!”
So what makes the good news of great joy so good? And can it bring us joy in our world? In this series, we retell the Christmas story and rediscover for ourselves the JOY that Christ’s birth brings.

Women, don’t miss this opportunity to fellowship and celebrate the Christmas season! Tickets will be $10/person and are for sale behind the Sanctuary on Sunday mornings. Entertainment will be provided by the Emmaus High School Chorale. A mission collection will be taken to support the purchase of household cleaning supplies for the Sixth Street Shelter.

Ring in the season with this handbell concert by the Jubilation Ringers. “As the days grow shorter and the stress of holiday preparations swells, we hope you will take time for a brief respite, joining the angels and shepherds in praising God for the priceless gift of His Son,” says their director, Jackie Grove. “We can promise that beautiful music, and perhaps a renewed sense of awe and wonder for this special season, await!”
The Jubilation Ringers will be joined by special guests the Emmaus High School Chorale, directed by Julia Wallace.

A service to experience God’s hope and healing in the midst of grief, relationship/job loss or other life transitions/events that weigh us down. Led by Rev. Evelyn Stupp, Asbury’s Pastor of Bereavement and Care Ministries, the service will include hymns and special music, scripture and reflection, prayers and candle lighting. All are welcome.
