Rev. Eric Yeakel has pastored Asbury’s congregation since 2007 and has been Senior Pastor since 2013. He grew up in Bethlehem before attending Old Dominion University and beginning his career as a CPA in the Virginia Beach area. While actively serving in a church there, he felt a call to ministry, which he pursued through studies at Moravian Theological Seminary. He became an ordained Elder in the United Methodist Church in 2013.
Eric enjoys running, biking, and swimming, and has completed multiple IRONMANs and countless triathlons. He is married to Tammy and they are proud parents of Eric Jr., and Anna.
