Asbury Church is blessed with a facility that offers space for a variety of activities and events. If you would like to reserve a room, or several rooms, at Asbury to have a meeting or hold an event, please fill out a Facilities Usage Request form. For Asbury meetings or events, please fill out the Facilities Usage Request – Asbury Groups form. For a non-Asbury group reservation, please fill out the Facilities Usage Request – External Groups form. By filling out one of these forms, you are beginning the process of securing space for your group.
What happens next? Once we receive your request, we evaluate your needs and determine if we can adequately meet them. If so, your request is reviewed for approval by the office staff and/or the church’s Board of Trustees. If approval is granted, your meeting(s)/event(s) will be scheduled on our church calendar and the main contact person on the request form will receive an email confirming the reservation. Any required payments will be detailed in the “User Agreement” included with the confirmation email. Once this process is complete, you may proceed with publicizing/planning your event.
