Asbury Church is blessed with a facility that offers space for a variety of activities and events. If you would like to reserve a room – or several rooms – to have a meeting or hold an event, and/or if you are seeking for your meeting or event to be publicized to our congregation, please complete the form below.
What do I need to know? And what happens next?
FOR FACILITY REQUESTS
Once we receive your request, we evaluate your needs and determine if we can adequately meet them. If so, your request is reviewed for approval by the office staff and/or the church’s Board of Trustees. If approval is granted, your meeting(s)/event(s) will be scheduled on our church calendar and the main contact person on the request form will receive an email confirming the reservation. Any required payments will be detailed in the “User Agreement” included with the confirmation email. Once this process is complete, you may proceed with publicizing/planning your event.

FOR PUBLICITY REQUESTS
Our communications team will review your request and share it across our various communications channels as appropriate.
PUBLICITY DEADLINES: if you hope to have your event considered for publication via Asbury’s weekly Thursday email and on via Sunday announcements, you must submit your information by the preceding Wednesday at noon. All submitted requests are published at the discretion of the Communications Team which determines the best mix of publicity channels and time period for the submitted event or message.
