Asbury member, Bob Lawhorn, who runs classes at Cedar Crest College for their Learning in Retirement series, will speak to us on the topic “Our Gut Bacteria.” This is an emerging and fascinating field concerning our immune system as it works with the brain. Research is ongoing with relationship between gut bacteria and disease. Join the circle meeting to learn about this new field.
