Are you interested in building the Kingdom of God through hands-on service this summer? We hope you’ll prayerfully consider being part of the West Virginia Work Week high school mission trip this summer. We need students who want to be the hands and feet of Jesus and aren’t afraid to have their lives changed as they change the lives of others; and we need adult volunteers who are willing to share their talents (whether on the worksite or in the kitchen preparing food for many hungry mouths) as they work alongside students in teaching and leading them both from a Christian perspective and a skill perspective.
Whether a student, parent, interested adult volunteer, or curious congregation member, we want to invite you to come and get more information, ask questions, and get a feel for the trip at an information meeting on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 7 PM in the Parlor. Some of the lead adults from the trip will be there and love to share the impact the trip it has had on their lives as you consider the impact it will have on yours.
